A number of TV White Space trials have been rolled out across the UK in collaboration with Ofcom. The trials are testing for applications in wi-fi like services, webcam streaming and machine to machine networks.

The Centre for White Space Communication was noted amoung the active trial participants for its work in external wi-fi and webcam backhaul applications.
